To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in unused and resalable condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging. Please note that the cost of shipping for the initial order is non-refundable, and the cost of shipping for the return will be borne by the buyer.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons: teethers, pacifiers, pacifier cases, baby bottles, rattles, and dinnerware.
Gift cards, as well as discounted items, are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
While we cannot accommodate product exchanges, customers should follow the return process to receive a refund for their item to their original form of payment.
For international deliveries, please note that import duties and VAT charges may apply, which are not included in your order's total. Bloom & Bounce assumes no responsibility for these charges.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process the refund within 2-3 business days.
